“Bill Nwana, is asymptomatic criminal, unknown to state authority; though a senior army officer: a lieutenant colonel, before he was court-martialed and imprisoned. He was feared by those who were unfortunate to have associated with him.
Some described him as an immoral creature, others said he was a devil’s incarnate, but conservatively assessed; he was ruthless and mystically inclined in the art of criminality.

 He  had just robbed the Safest Bank in the city and made away with “Official Dossier” to satisfy Major General Tom, who hopes to topple the Government in power: after he was accused of treasonable felony and was forcefully retired from the military.
What the authority didn’t know is that General Tom had infiltrated the army and about to lay his hand on Joe Nwana’s Biotechnological formula which the western world is after. The State of emergency declared by Presidency could not save the government. With British trained otolaryngologist, Dr. Wayford and Pseud Bruce Bena, Bill’s future look brighter.
