How to Fight Corruption in Nigeria by Daminabo Sonny Briggs
How to fight Corruption in Nigeria is a special gift to Nigeria on her
50th Independence Anniversary from a very concerned patriot.
Undoubtedly, corruption is the bane of our socio-economic development. It has become a cancer that has eaten deep into the very fabric of our society with the attendant dislocation of our values, contributing to our gross underdevelopment, excruciating poverty, insecurity and ‘do or die’ politics.
It is ironic that a country that is world’s eight producer of crude oil, with an average production rate of 2 million barrels of Oil per day, is one of the poorest countries in the world.
Therefore any attempt to find genuine solution to the pervading corruption in Nigeria is highly commendable. This is what this book is set out to achieve: to reduce corruption to the barest minimum, change our mindset for good and re-gain our lost glory in the comity of nations!
